The Mozi software package is an efficient tool for visualizing results of molecular dynamics simulations. It relies on an efficient binary data format which makes fast reading of extremely large files available. The data containing various data can be displayed through a powerful algebra which is the main strength of this package. The view can be altered using properties of the atoms. A dump code for LAMMPS program exists.
A new effective language independent method was discovered to measure conflicts in Wikipedia. The method uses the number of mutual reverts and the maturity of the editors as measures to quantify conflicts in pages. The method was validated with independent human judgements. The project allows for the access of the code and our main results (e.g. list of most controversial articles in 13 languages) obtaind by the software.
